Dennis is a founding partner of CLINT. He studied Dutch Law at the University of Amsterdam and was sworn in as a lawyer in 1999. Before joining CLINT in 2016, he was a partner at HDK Advocaten. Previous to that he was a partner at Greenberg Traurig LLP, a US law firm, where he led the Amsterdam employment practice.

Wouter is a founding partner of CLINT. He studied constitutional and administrative law at the University of Groningen. Wouter has been practising as a lawyer since 1 January 2005. Prior to CLINT, he was a partner at HDK Advocaten and senior manager at HVG (EY), where he headed the Amsterdam employment law practice group. Wouter has made several contributions to handbooks on employment law, regularly publishes articles in professional journals and is a frequent speaker at congresses and seminars.

Eric is a founding partner of CLINT. He studied Dutch law at Utrecht University. Eric was sworn in as a lawyer in 2003 and associated with US law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP. Before setting up CLINT he held several management board positions within the fashion industry. As board member and the company’s in house lawyer (admitted to the Amsterdam bar) he had a pioneering role in the strong international growth of menswear retailer Suitsupply. In addition, Eric is a mediator.

Inge is counsel at CLINT. She studied law at Maastricht University and has been a lawyer since October 2000. Inge has profound experience with individual dismissals and collective redundancies. She is also an expert on flexible employment relationships. In addition, Inge is registered as a mediator with the Mediators Federation Netherlands (MfN). As a mediator she handles not only individual labour dispuptes but also complex cooperation problems with multiple parties. In her spare time Inge regularly works as a community mediator.

Sander is counsel at CLINT. He studied law at the University of Groningen and graduated in 2009. He has over ten years of experience in resolving employment and co-determination law disputes, in and out of court. Sander regularly publishes, gives lectures and trainings and is editor for the journal Rechtspraak Arbeidsrecht (Employment Case Law). In 2015 Sander completed the specialist training in Employment Law from Grotius Academy. Prior to CLINT, he worked for Lexence, HDK and BarentsKrans.

Petra is an associate at CLINT. She studied Law and Business Science at Leiden University and graduated in the master Employment Law. Petra has been a lawyer since 2017. Before working at CLINT, she worked as a lawyer at Lexence in the employment law practice. Petra advises and litigates in employment termination matters, both collective and individual. In addition, she handles matters involving reorganizations, employee co-determination and social security law.

Fleur works at CLINT as an associate. Fleur graduated in Dutch law at Tilburg University in 2015. Prior to joining CLINT, Fleur worked for three years at Halsten Legal in the employment law practice, as legal counsel. She was involved in various projects for (international) clients and advised clients on a wide range of employment law issues.

Merel is a professional support lawyer at CLINT. She studied Law at Utrecht University and graduated in the masters Private Law and Company & Law. During her study Merel gained work experience at several law firms as an intern and working student. Apart from her work for CLINT, Merel is a PhD Candidate at Utrecht University, where she conducts research into the responsibilities of employers and contractors in various forms of employment relationships, including the platform economy.

Jasper works as an associate at CLINT. He studied Dutch law at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and has followed a Master’s degree in Employment and Enterprise law at the University of Amsterdam. Before joining CLINT as a paralegal in 2017, Jasper worked for several years at a law firm in Leiden. Next to his studies Jasper was a fanatic rower. He participated several times in the Dutch rowing championships.

Eefje is the office manager of CLINT. She graduated from Team Academy HBO and Johan Cruyff College, a well known school for top athletes who combine their education with their passion for sport. Upon her graduation, she has worked as office and project manager for various companies, and as such she was responsible for first customer contact, daily affairs and the organization of events. Eefje forms a dedicated part of CLINT since 2019.
